CHAPTER 199.

Passed Mar 14, 1835

An act to make valid a certain deed executed between Ed-
ward H. Calvert and Benjamin Owden, of Prince George's
County
|

Confirmation
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the instrument of wilting or deed from Edward H Calvert,
of Prince George's county, and State of Maryland, to Ben-
jamin Oden, of the County and State aforesaid, bearing late
the twenty-third day of Way, one thousand eight hundred
and twenty three, and recorded among the land records of
said county, in Liber number three, pages twenty four,
twenty five and twenty six, one of the land records of said
county, be, and the same is hereby made and declared to be
as valid and effectual in law to all intents and purposes, as
if the said deed or instrument of writing had been duly ex
cuted and acknowledged according to law

A supplement to an act, entitled, an act Incorporating a
Company to make a Turnpike Road, from Clear Spring,
in Washington county, to the Chesapeake and Ohio, Canal
|

Time extended
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the commissioners appointed by the act passed December
session, eighteen hundred and thirty-three, chapter two
hundred and fourteen, may at any time within two years
for subscription to the capital stock of the Clear Spring and
Canal Turnpike Road Company, and that so much of the
act to which this is a supplement, as requires the hooks to
be opened on the first Monday in June, eighteen hundred
and thirty four he and the same is hereby repealed
