An act to authorise and empower John H Bayne of Prince
Georges county to sell and dispose of his negro woman
Mary who is a slave only for a term of years beyond the
limits of this State

Passed Jan. 6 1835
|
|
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland That
from and after the passage of this act, it shall and may be
lawful for John H Bayne of Prince Georges county, to
sell or otherwise dispose of his negro woman named Mary
who is but a slave for a term of years to any person or
persons beyond the limits of this State any act of the Ge-
neral Assembly of this State to the contrary notwithstand-
