hold and possess the same, in fee simple, as therein established,
and set forth by courses and distances, on the recorded plat
of the said Commissioners, which shall be signed by their
hands and seals, and the said Commissioners shall be al

lowed each two dollars per day for every day that they may
be engaged in said labors, and may employ such surveyor
and chain earners, as they may think proper, and allow them
such compensation as they think right to be paid by
the owners of said lots, or parcels of land.

Art act for the relief of Isaac G Magruder, Collector of the
County Tax, for Prince George's County

Passed Mar 3, 1835

Section 1 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Ma
ryland, That Isaac G Magruder, collector of the county
tax for Prince George's county be, and he is hereby autho-
rised to proceed to collect all taxes that may be due him
for the year one thousand eight hundred and thirty two,
any law to the contrary notwithstanding

Sec 2 And be it enacted, That the said Isaac G Ma-
gruder, before he proceed to collect the aforesaid taxes, in
virtue of this act, shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to
such person or persons, from whom such taxes are due, a
notice, which notice shall be given at least thirty days be
fore he proceeds to act

force one year from and after its passage
