CHAP. 60.

perty, estate and funds, in which the capital stock of the said
company hereby incorporated shall be invested, in common
with similar property, estate or funds, of any other compa-
ny, corporation, or individuals of this state.

Duration

Sec. 8. And be it enacted, That this act shall be and
continue in force until the first day of January eighteen
hundred and sixty, and until the end of the next session of
the general assembly which shall happen thereafter.

A Supplement to the act, entitled, An act to Incorporate
The Baltimore and Susquehannah Rail Road Com-
pany.

Time extended for
commencement of
|
Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Ma-
ryland, That the time limited by the twenty-fourth secti-
on of the act to which this is a supplement, for the com-
mencement of the said road, be and the same is hereby
extended for the term of two years after the expiration of
the time limited by the said act.

An Additional Supplement to the act, entitled, An act
to Incorporate a Company to make a Turnpike Road
from the City of Baltimore to Havre-de-Grace.

Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Ma-
ryland, That the time for'completing the turnpike road au-
thorised by the act to which this is an additional supplement,
shall be and hereby is extended to the expiration of five
years beyond its present limitation.

the relief of sundry Insolvent Debtors, passed at No-
vember session eighteen hundred and five.

Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Ma-
ryland, That any insolvent debtor, who has obtained, or
may obtain, a personal or final discharge under the original
act, and supplements thereto, to which this is a further
supplement, shall be entitled to be discharged from custody
upon any attachment, or other process, which has been or
may be issued against such debtor to enforce the executi-
on of any order for the payment of money, which may be
passed by the court of chancery, any comity court sitting as a
