RIFLEMEN.

ROAD
to appoint an Attorney in any
county wherein he has no resident deputy,
to conduct suits &c. in behalf of the
State &c,
    The Treasurers directed to put in
suit &c. any pecuniary right &c. which
the debtor shall have withheld three
months or more,
    County Courts required to render
judgment for such debt &c. at the first
term, upon which execution shall issue
&c.
    Jury trial as to facts, provided for, if
demanded by the debtor,
    Attorney shall advise the Treasurer
as to allowances for insolvencies &c

    Third regiment of, formed,

    Through a part of Frederick, Anne-Arundel
and Montgomery counties, supplement,
naming and empowering commissioners
to open and lay out,
    To make public a certain; leading
from Salisbury to the Delaware line,
    The old Joppa.  See Baltimore City.
    From the new bridge across Bloomery
branch in Caroline county, for opening
&c,
    To make public a, leading from the
new bridge at Ashpaws landing, Marley
creek, until it intersects the road
leading by Krebs' bridge to Baltimore,
    In Queen Anns and Kent counties,
act relating to, directing overseers to
cut openings in any banks erected on
the side of public roads which may be
necessary for allowing water to pass off;
and imposing a penalty for permitting
water to lay on, for want of such opening,
    To open and make public a, from
Harnes' old field in Baltimore county to
Lisbon, in Anne-Arundel county,
    Levy of $80 on Kent county authorised,
to keep in repair a road crossing
the waste way of Shaws Mill,
    Supplement, reviving the act of 1828
