ORPHANS SOCIETY
    OF ANNAPOLIS.

OYSTERS.
expenditure; report annually to the Legislature;
direct regular records to be
kept; fill vacancies in board of commissioners
&c,
    Of Anne Arundel county; repealing
the act of 1828, chapter 12, to regulate
the meetings of; and prescribing
the time and hours of meetings hereafter,
    Of Baltimore county authorised to
bind out the children of Peter and Jane
Lapourille,
    Of this State authorised, on application
of any security, or person interested
in the estate of a security of an executor,
or administrator, to call upon
such administrator &c to give counter
security, and on his failure to do so, may
revoke his letters of Administration
and appoint another &c,
    On failure of such administrator to
deliver over the property &c. of the deceased,
may compel delivery by attachment
and sequestration of property, and
also direct the bond &c. to be put in
suit,
    On application of any person who
may be interested in the estate of a security
of a guardian &c. may require
counter security &c. and the same proceedings
shall be had &c.
        shall have the same power to
appoint guardians to females under the
age of eighteen years, as they have &c.
under the age of sixteen years,
    Of Dorchester county authorised to
appoint their crier,

    Any citizen of this State may locate
and appropriate in any of the bays,
sounds, rivers, creeks, or coves, not exceeding
one acre in extent, for the purpose
of sowing oysters or other shellfish,
and when so deposited &c. they
shall be his rightful property, Provided
he shall have staked or marked off, so
