Method of obtaining writs of certiorari
for removal of proceedings pending
before, to Baltimore County Court
To limit the time for taking appeals
from,
Any person (except in the city of Baltimore,)
thinking themselves aggrieved,
&c., may appeal at any time within sixty
days of the date of such magistrate's
judgment; provided they give bond, &c.
to prosecute said appeal, at the next succeeding
county court, &c.; which appeal
shall have the same effect as a supersedeas,
&c., as if the appeal bond had been
filed, as now required by law; and the
county court shall hear and determine,
&c.
