CHAPTER 104.
An act to divorce John Charles and Betsey Charles, of Talbot
County.

Passed Feb. 20, 1830.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That
the marriage of John Charles and Betsy Charles, of Talbot
county, heretofore solemnized, be, and the same is hereby declared
to be, absolutely, and to all intents and purposes, null
and void; and the said John Charles and Betsy Charles, are
declared to be divorced a rinculo matrimonii.

CHAPTER 105.
An act to authorise the Levy Court of Montgomery County to
levy a sum of money for the use of Thomas C. Nicholls, of
said county.
|
Passed Feb. 20, 1830.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That
the Levy Court of Montgomery county be, and is hereby authorised
to levy on the assessable property of said county, such
sum of money, as in their discretion may seem right and proper,
and allow the same to Thomas C. Nicholls, of said county,
in addition to two hundred dollars allowed, him heretofore,
for building a bridge over Seneca Creek, where the public
road from Georgetown to the mouth of Monocacy, crosses
it.

An act for the re-assessment and revaluation of the real and
personal
property in Somerset County.

Passed Feb. 20, 1830.

Section 1. Be it enacted by
the General Assembly of Maryland,
That all the real and personal property in Somerset
county, shall be valued agreeably to the directions of this act,
