  CHAP. 92.  
more, for every day he shall necessarily attend to the duties
of his office.
    Bonds of constables,
&c.—where
recorded.
    Sec. 3.  And be it enacted, That all Constables bonds, Supervisors
bonds, or other instruments of writing, heretofore
recorded in the office of the clerk of the county, appertaining
to, or immediately connected with the office of said Commissioners,
shall hereafter be recorded in the office of the clerk
to the Commissioners, who shall be entitled to the same fees
which are now allowed to the clerk of the county.

                                        CHAPTER 93.

An act to continue in force the acts of Assembly, which would
                            expire with the present session.

Continued in force.
    Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That all
such acts or parts of acts, as would expire with the present
session of Assembly, be, and the same are hereby continued
to the last Monday of December next, and to the end of the
then session of Assembly.

                                        CHAPTER 94.

An act to divorce Peter Lapourille, of the City of Baltimore,
    from Jane Lapourille, his wife, and for other purposes.

Divorce.
    Section 1.  Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That from and after the passage of this act, the said Peter
Lapourille, be, and he is hereby divorced from bed,
board and mutual cohabitation with his wife, Jane Lapourille.
Claim annulled.
    Sec. 2.  And be it enacted, That the said Peter Lapourille,
shall not be virtue of his marriage with the said Jane Lapourille,
be authorised to have and claim, any right or interest
in any estate, real, personal or mixed, which the said Jane
Lapourille may hereafter acquire by purchase or descent.
Jane L. may form
contracts, &c.





Except of marriage.
    Sec. 3.  And be it enacted, That the said Jane Lapourille,
be, and she is hereby authorised and empowered to make any
contract with any person or persons whatever, and to sue and
be sued in her own name, and without joining her said husband
in any such suit, Provided always, That this act shall not be
understood, or construed, to authorise the said Jane Lapourille
to contract marriage during the life time of her said husband.
    Orphans court to
bind out children.
    Sec. 4.  And be it enacted, That the orphans court of Baltimore
county, be, and the said court is hereby authorised and
