Passed Jan. 27, 1830.
                                        CHAPTER 23.

An act to revive an act, authorising the appointment of commissioners
    for the regulation and improvement of the village of
    Greensborough, in Caroline county.

Act revived.
    Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
an act entitled an act, authorising the appointment of commissioners
for the regulation and improvement of the village of
Greensborough, in Caroline county, be, and the same is hereby
revived, and in as full force as if the inhabitants of said village
had elected commissioners in pursuance of the provisions
of said law, Provided, the citizens of said village shall
meet and elect their commissioners on the second Monday of
April, in the present year.

                                        CHAPTER 24.

A Supplement to the act entitled, an act to incorporate the Pennsylvania,
    Delaware and Maryland Steam Navigation
    Company, passed at December Session,
1825, chapter 179.
Nine Directors.
    Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the affairs and business of the Pennsylvania, Delaware and
Maryland Steam Navigation Company, shall hereafter be conducted
by nine instead of seven directors, which nine directors
shall be elected annually, as provided by the act to which
this is a supplement; and a majority of them shall constitute
a board for the transaction of all business, and may exercise
all the powers vested in the said company.

An act to provide for electing Commissioners for Allegany
       County, and prescribing their powers and duties.

    Section 1.  Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the persons qualified to vote for delegates to the
General Assembly of Maryland, in Allegany county, shall, at
the time and places of election in said county, that is to say,
for holding the election for delegates to the next General Assembly,
and at the same time in every two years thereafter,
vote by ballot for one person, a resident of the first election
district; one person, a resident of the second election district;
one person, a resident of the third election district; one person,
a resident of the fourth election district; one person, a
