A Resolution in favour of Philip Sizler, of the City of Bal-
timore, who was a Soldier of the Revolutionary War.
Resolved, That the treasurer of the western shore pay to
Philip Sizler, of the city of Baltimore, a soldier of the re-
volutionary war, or to his order, during life, in half yearly
payments, a sum of money equal to the half pay of a ser-
geant in the artillery, in consideration of his services dur-
ing the revolutionary war.

A Resolution in favour of John Stanton, who was a Soldier
of the Revolutionary War.
Resolved, That the treasurer of the western shore, pay
to John Stantor, a soldier of the revolutionary war, or to
his order, during life, in half yearly payments, a sum of
money equal to the half pay of a private, as a further re-

A Resolution relative to the Free School Fund of Talbot
county.
Resolved, That the treasurer of the western shore be di-
rected to invest in such bank in the city of Baltimore, in
such unsubscribed stock belonging to the state, as he may
deem most judicious for the interest of the county, such
sum of money as may be due to Talbot county, as her pro-
portion of the free school fund, and now in the treasury of
the western shore; and the same shall be held for the bene-
fit of free schools for Talbot county.
