CHAPTER 488.
AN ACT to provide for the licensing and protecting of duck
blinds on the Patuxent River and its tributaries.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That any person desiring to erect a duck blind
on the shores of the Patuxent River and its tributaries or in
the waters thereof shall apply to the Clerk of the Court of
the county in which the blind is to be located for a license
and pay the said Clerk the sum of five ($5.00) dollars for
each blind erected or to be erected, and a fee of twenty-five
cents for issuing the same; provided, however, that nothing
in this section shall apply to the waters of St. Mary's County.
