CHAPTER 452.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
38 of Article 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Cecil County," sub-title "Birds and
Game," as amended by Chapter 97 of the Acts of 1916.

CHAPTER 453.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 185
of Code of Public Local Laws for Anne Arundel County,
title '' County Commissioners.''

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 185 of the Code of Public Local Laws for
Anne Arundel County, title "County Commissioners," be and
the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments,
so as to read as follows:

185. The County Commissioners of Anne Arundel County
be and they are hereby authorized and empowered to appro-
priate a sum of money annually, not to exceed one thousand
dollars in any one year, for the maintenance and support of
an Emergency Hospital at Annapolis, and under such terms
and conditions as the said County Commissioners shall see fit to
impose.

CHAPTER 454.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
549, of Article 16, of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Montgomery County," sub-title "Somer-
set," thereby increasing the tax rate from a sum not ex-
ceeding fifty cents to a sum not exceeding the sum of
one dollar, on each one hundred dollars' worth of assessed
property.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 549, of Article 16, of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Montgomery County," sub-
title "Somerset," be and the same is hereby repealed and re-
enacted with amendments, so as to read as follows:
