bearing interest not exceeding five per cent per annum, pay-
able semi-annually, on the first day of January and the first
day of July in each and every year thereafter until same
is paid.

SEC. 2, And be it further enacted, That the proceeds of
the sale of Twenty Thousand Dollars' ($20,000) worth (par
value) of said bonds, shall be paid over to the Board of
Education of Queen Anne's County and shall be applied by
the said Board of Education of Queen Anne's County as
follows: Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) thereof, or as
much thereof as may be needed to supplement the sum levied
for this purpose in June, nineteen hundred and nineteen, in
a purchase of a site and in building, erecting and equipping
a public school house in Queenstown, in said County ; and
Ten Thousand Dollars, or as much thereof as may he neces-
sary to be used in the purchase of a site and in the building,
erecting and equipping of a public school house in Crumpton,
in said County.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That if the entire sum
of Twenty Thousand Dollars hereby authorized for the pur-
chasing of sites and building and equipping public schools
at Queenstown and Crumpton is not entirely consumed, the
Board of Education for Queen Anne's County is hereby
authorized and directed to use any and all of said unexpended
balance in making necessary improvements in the one-room
public schools in Queen Anne's County.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That Louis J. Rhodes,
William S. Delehay and S. E. W. Friel are hereby constituted
as an advisory committee for the school at Queenstown. That
George I. Harrison, W. J. Sparks and Robert Godwin be,
and the same are hereby constituted as an advisory commit-
tee for the school at Crumpton.

SEC. 5. Said advisory committees so named for each of
said school buildings to be erected under the provisions of
this Act shall aid said Board of Education of Queen Anne's
County in the selection of suitable sites and plans for the
school buildings for which said committees are appointed;
that said committees shall supervise the erection of paid build-
ings and have authority to pass on all materials to be used
in said buildings, accepting and rejecting same, and to pass
upon the workmanship and construction in said buildings;
and said committees shall act without compensation. If any
