missioners of Montgomery County are hereby authorized, em-
powered and directed to pay over to the said State Roads
Commission the sum of money realized from the sale of the
one hundred thousand dollar bond issue herein provided for
and the State Roads Commission shall appropriate same, or
any portion thereof, toward the construction of said highway
hereinbefore mentioned.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That the County Com-
missioners of Montgomery County, in causing the special tax
to be levied upon the election districts herein named shall
take into consideration the number of miles of road in each
election district, and shall cause to be levied an amount in
proportion to the road mileage in each of. said election districts
in comparison to the whole amount of the bond issue herein
provided for. That is to say each election district shall be
chargeable with its pro-rate share of said bond issue, accord-
ing to its road mileage.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on the first day of June, in the year nineteen hundred
and twenty.

CHAPTER 336.
AN ACT to amend Article 36 of Bagby's Annotated Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland by repealing and re-
enacting with amendments Section 13 thereof, title '' Fees
of Officers," sub-title "Commissioner of the Land Office."'
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 13, of Article 36 of Bagby's Annotated'
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Fees of
Officers,'' sub-title '' Commissioner of the Land Office,'' be and
the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments
so as to read as follows:
SEC. 13. The Commissioner of the Land Office shall be
entitled to demand and receive the following fees, to wit:
For a special warrant, $5.00; for a special warrant of escheat,.
$5.00; for a special warrant of proclamation, $5.00; for a
special warrant of resurvey, $5.00; for making out patent for
any number of acres less than one hundred, $5.00; for mak-
ing out patent for every one hundred acres above one hun-
