County School Bonds" and shall be exempt from State, county
or municipal taxation in the State of Maryland.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That on or before Decem-
ber first, 1920, "The Building Committee of Denton Public
School" as hereinafter set forth shall notify in writing the
County Commissioners of Caroline County the amount neces-
sary to construct and equip, including a heating apparatus,
a school building in Denton, not exceeding the sum of sixty
thousand dollars ($60,000.00), whereupon the bonds, as herein-
before and hereinafter mentioned, in an amount as specified
in said notice, shall be sold by the County Commissioners,
after due advertisement, to the highest responsible bidder or
bidders, provided that none of said bonds shall be sold for less
than par.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That James H. Nichols,
Ernest G. Cooper, Fred B. Nuttle, John T. Carter and C.
Leslie Walls, of Denton, Caroline County, Maryland, be and
they hereby are appointed a committee to be styled "The.
Building Committee of Denton Public School" to serve with-
out pay. to erect a public school building in or adjacent to the
town of Denton, Caroline County, Maryland, to be constructed
of brick or other durable material to be selected by the Build-
ing Committee, and to furnish and equip said building, and
to provide suitable and sufficient heating, lighting and all other
necessary apparatus therefor in their discretion; three of said
committee shall constitute a quorum, the concurrence of three
shall be necessary for the decision of all questions which shall
arise in the discharge of their duties, and all vacancies in said
Building Committee, whether from death, refusal to act, resig-
nation or otherwise, shall be filled by T. Alan Goldsborough,
Harvey L. Cooper, George T. Redden, Ernest G. Cooper,
William P. Draper, James H. Nichols and Mrs. Annie P.
Wilson.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That "The Building
Committee of Denton Public School'' procure and adopt plans
and specifications for building said public school building of
brick or other durable material to be selected by the Committee,
and after said plans and specifications are determined upon
by said Building Committee they shall (using their discre-
tion as to the time, regard being had to the provisions of Sec-
tion 2 of this Act) invite sealed proposals by advertisement
