all labor and material, such bond to be approved by said
Commission, and said bond shall be given to the State of
Maryland as obligee, and shall be subject to suit by the said
Commission, or by any laborer on such building or build-
ings, or by any person furnishing materials for the same, and
the contract for such work shall be signed in usual form by
the said Commission.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That the funds realized
from the sale of the aforesaid bonds in the sum of $150,000.00,
for school purposes, shall he paid out by the said Board of
Education of Dorchester County upon the order of the said
Commission, said orders to be from a warrant book especially
authorized and adopted by said Commission, with said war-
rants numbered consecutively, said orders specifying to whom
and for what the sum authorized therein is paid. And the
said Board of Education of Dorchester County is hereby au-
thorized and directed to pay the contractor or contractors
employed by said Commission, in accordance with the terms
of their contract or contracts, upon the proper warrant or
orders of said Commission, such sum or sums of money as
shall be certified in said order or warrants that such con-
tractor or contractors are entitled to, in the performance of
their contracts. And no part of said $150,000.00 shall be paid
out by said Board of Education of Dorchester County except
on the order and warrant of the said Commission authorized
by this Act.

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That $200,000.00, the
rest and residue of the proceeds arising from the sale of the
said bonds, shall be employed and expended by the said
County Commissioners for the purpose of building and main-
taining a new and modern bridge over Cambridge Creek, in
said town of Cambridge, connecting East Cambridge with
Cambridge proper; and in constructing, improving and main-
taining the public county roads and bridges in said Dorchester
County, as provided in this Act, and for no other purpose
whatever, at such time or times, and in such manner as shall
be deemed expedient by the said County Commissioners.

SEC. 8. And be it further enacted, That it shall be entirely
within the discretion of the County Commissioners to deter-
mine the time at which the bonds provided for in this Act
shall be issued.
