512C. Said Commission shall meet at such times and
places in Prince George's County as the Commission shall de-
termine. It shall select suitable offices for its own use and
may appoint a Secretary, who shall serve during the pleasure
of said Commission, and who shall keep a record of all its
proceedings, shall preserve all books, maps, documents and
papers entrusted to its care and perform such other duties
as the Commission shall prescribe.

512D. The salary of the Commissioners, the compensation
of the Secretary which shall not exceed the sum of six hun-
dred ($600) dollars per year, the rental of offices and other
expenses of the Commission, shall be paid by the Commission
out of the license fees herein provided for, but such salaries,
compensation, rental charges and other expenses shall in no
event exceed the sum of five thousand ($5,000) dollars in any
one year.

512K. No person, or persons, association or corporation
shall hereafter hold or conduct any meeting in Prince George's
County whereat horse racing shall be permitted for any stake,
purse or reward, except corporations formed for the purpose
of racing or developing or improving the breed of horses,
regularly incorporated agricultural associations formed for
the purpose of conducting agricultural fairs or exhibitions, or
associations for conducting county, city or State fairs, or as-
sociations of regularly organized hunt clubs.

512P. Every such corporation or association desiring to
conduct, racing in Prince George's County during any calen-
dar year, shall annually apply to the Prince George's County
Racing Commission for a license to do so. Such application
shall be filed with the Secretary of the Commission on or be-
fore the first day of March of the year during which such
dates are applied for, and shall specify the number of days
on which such racing is desired to be conducted or held, and
such application shall be otherwise in such form and supply
such' data and information as said Racing Commission shall
prescribe. Said Racing Commission shall thereupon on or
before the 15th day of March of each year award all dates for
racing in Prince George's County for the current year, but
such dates so awarded shall not exceed thirty-five days in the
aggregate, and the decision of the Commission on the award
of all such dates shall be final. No one corporation or associa-
