provide a, fund by means'of an annual shooting license for
the payment of the expenses of protecting and propagat-
ing game and the compensation and expenses of the State
Game Warden and the Deputy Game Wardens.''

CHAPTER 246.

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money for the painting and
framing of the portrait of Augustus W. Bradford, Ex-
Governor of Maryland, to be placed in the State House at
Annapolis in the State of Maryland.

CHAPTER 247.

AN ACT to authorize the Corumissioners of Aberdeen to issue
bonds to an amount not exceeding $100,000, and to sell the
same for the construction and completion of a sewerage
system and disposal plant for the town of Aberdeen, and
to acquire property within or without the limits of the
town of Aberdeen for the construction and maintenance
of the said system and plant, and to take up and retire the
water bonds heretofore issued by said town and payable
March 1, 1922, and to repay money heretofore or here-
after advanced for the improvements to the walks, water
supply, streets, lights and health of the said town of
Aberdeen, and to provide for the submission of the pro-
visions of this Act to the legally qualified voters of the

town of Aberdeen for their adoption or rejection.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Commissioners of Aberdeen be and they are
hereby authorized in their discretion, the assent of the ma-
jority of the legal voters of said town voting at any election as
hereafter provided, having been first had and obtained, to
borrow money upon the faith and credit of said town, and to
issue bonds therefor not to exceed the sum of $100,000, said
bonds to be exempt from county and municipal taxation.
