State of Maryland/ as tenants by the entireties, in fee
simple, the small parcel of the public ground situate on
Little Kidwell Street, in said town of Centreville, Queen
Anne's County, State of Maryland, between the land of
Harry Wilmer AVatson and the lane or road leading from
said Little Kidwell Street in and to the Garbage Dump
of said town of Centreville, said lane or road lying to the
eastward of the building known as the "Oil House," said
parcel of public ground being more particularly described
by metes and bounds, courses and distances, in the follow-
ing section:

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Town Commissioners of Centreville. be and they
are hereby authorized and empowered to sell to Ernest Byers
and Hester Taylor Byers, his wife, of Queen Anne's County,
at such price and in such manner as may be agreed upon be-
tween them, which agreement shall be reached within three
months from the date of the passage of this Act, the small
parcel of public ground situate on the southerly side of Little
Kidwell Street, in Centreville, Queen Anne's County, State of
Maryland, and lying between the land of Harry Wilmer Wat-
son and the lane or road leading from said Little Kidwell
Street in and to the Garbage Dump of said town of Centre-
ville, the said land hereby authorized and empowered to be
sold being more particularly described as follows: Beginning
for the same at a stone planted in the ground on the southern
edge of Little Kidwell Street, it being at the intersection of
Little Kidwell Street and the road or lane leading in and to
the Garbage Dump of said town of Centreville, and running
with said Little Kidwell Street south sixty-two degrees forty-
five minutes east, sixty-four feet to a stone a corner for Harry
Wilmer Watson land, thence with the land of Harry Wilmer
Watson, south thirty-one degrees fifteen minutes west, one
hundred and eleven feet to a stone a corner for said Watson
land and the town property, thence north sixty-two degrees
forty-five minutes west, six feet to a stone along the edge of
the aforesaid road or lane; thence with the road or lane north
four degrees forty-five minutes east, one hundred and twenty-
seven feet and six inches to the place of beginning, and upon
the payment of the whole of said purchase money, to convey
said parcel of land to the said Ernest Byers and Hester Taylor
Byers, his wife, of Queen Anne's County, State of Maryland,
