CHAPTER 218.

AN ACT to amend the Charter of the Maryland Tobacco
Growers' Association, incorporated by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, at its session of 1906, so as to change
the place of the principal office from the State Agricul-
tural College to the City of Baltimore, or such other place
within the State of Maryland, as the said corporation
may determine.

CHAPTER 219.

AN ACT to require all buyers of leaf tobacco from growers,
country or transfer buyers, to report to the Maryland
State Board of Agriculture the quantity of such pur-
chases, when the same shall be resold, transferred or dis-
posed of otherwise than through or on the Baltimore
market.

CHAPTER 220.

AN ACT authorizing the County Commissioners of Washing-
ton County, in their discretion,' to levy and collect an-
nually in perpetuity, a sum of money, in aid of the main-
tenance of the Washington County Free Library, and in
addition to the sum now authorized to be levied and col-
lected for that purpose.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Washington County
be, and they are hereby authorized, in their discretion, to en-
ter into a contract with the Washington County Free Library,
whereby they shall contract to contribute, annually, in per-
petuity, the sum of fifteen hundred dollars per annum for the
care and maintenance of the said, The Washington County
Free Library, in addition to the amount heretofore authorized
to be contributed.
