"Licenses," sub-title "Motor Vehicles," as the same was.re-
pealed and re-enacted by Chapter 85 of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland of 1918, to read as follows:

SEC. 146-a. The Commissioner of Motor Vehicles of the
State of Maryland is hereby authorized and directed, with
the advice and consent of the Governor of Maryland, to enter
into a reciprocal agreement with the proper authorities of the
District of Columbia for the issuance of a joint license or
identification tag for the State of Maryland and the District
of Columbia, to provide for the issuance of said license tags
by both the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles of the State of
Maryland and the Collector of Taxes, or other proper au-
thority, of the District of Columbia, to provide for the terms
upon which said license tags are to be issued, refused, or can-
celled to provide for the distribution of the funds derived
from the issuance of said license tags by the State of Maryland
and the District of Columbia, and to authorize the issuance of
said joint license tag upon the payment to the Commissioner
of Motor Vehicles of Maryland or his agent of the fee fixed
by law for the issuance of ordinary motor vehicle license tags
within the State of Maryland.

SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the first day of June, 1920.

CHAPTER 217.

AN ACT to extend and enlarge the powers and privileges of
the Boonsboro Bank of Boousboro, Washington County,
Maryland, a corporation, formed under the provisions of
the Public General Laws of Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Boonsboro Bank of Boonsboro, Washington
County, Maryland, a corporation, duly formed under the pro-
visions of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, in
addition to the powers and privileges conferred upon it by its
certificate of incorporation, which are hereby ratified and con-
firmed, shall have the further rights, privileges and powers
mentioned in this Act.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That said corporation shall have
