Protection Fund."
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all local laws,
county laws, and all general laws relating to muskrats and
otter, are hereby repealed, provisions of the State-wide Hunt-
ing License Law excepted. And this Act shall take effect
on June 1, 1920.

CHAPTER 215.
AN ACT to amend the Act entitled "An Act to incorporate
the Peninsula Produce Exchange of Maryland," passed
at the January Session, 1904, of the General Assembly
of Maryland, it being Chapter 126 of the Acts of said
session, and to amend also the Certificates of Amend-
ment, supplementary thereto, filed with the State Tax
Commissioner of Maryland 'on the 17th day of February,
1914, and with the State Tax Commission of Maryland
on the 29th day of November. 1919, by changing the
name of said corporation.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 126 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland, passed at its January Session, 1904, being "An
Act to Incorporate the Peninsula Produce Exchange of Mary-
land," and also the Certificates of Amendment of the said
Act, and supplementary thereto, as filed with the State Tax
Commissioner of Maryland on the 17th day of February,
1914, and also filed with the State Commission of Maryland
on the 29th day of November, 1919, be, and the same are
hereby, amended so that the corporate name of the said
Peninsula Produce Exchange of Maryland be changed to that
of Peninsula Produce Exchange, by which name the said cor-
poration shall be known in law and shall have perpetual .suc-
cession and the power to sue and be sued, complain or defend,
in any court of law or equity, to make and use a common seal,
and to alter the same at pleasure, and shall exercise and enjoy
all the rights, powers and privileges pertaining to corporate
bodies, and generally may do every act, or thing, which the
said Peninsula Produce Exchange of Maryland, under said
