upon a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of all the
members elected to each of the two Houses of the General
Assembly, the same shall take effect from the date of its
passage.

CHAPTER 208.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 20
of Article 99 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, title
"Wild Fowl—Birds and Game," sub-title "Birds and
Game,'' relating to the hunting of squirrels in Frederick
County.

(Vetoed.)

CHAPTER 209.

AN ACT to exempt from the imposition and payment of the
collateral inheritance tax, so much of a bequest by the
last will and testament of Elizabeth B. White, deceased,
as shall be used for placing or causing to be placed in
Druid Hill Park, in the City of Baltimore, in the name
of Elizabeth B. Garrett, an equestrian statue of General
Robert E. Lee as directed by said last will and testament
of Elizabeth B. White.

(Vetoed.)

CHAPTER 210.

AN ACT to repeal Section 184 of Article 27 of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Crimes and
Punishments," sub-title "Frauds by Mortgagors of Per-
sonal Property,'' as the same is set forth in Bagby 's An-
notated Code, Volume 3, and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 184 of Article 27, of the Code of Public
