to follow Section 428 and to be known as Section 428-A, and
to read as follows:

SECTION 428-A. The judges of the Orphans' Court of Har-
ford County shall each receive the sum of six dollars for every
day's attendance upon the sessions of said Court, to be paid
at least as often as at the end of each and every quarter after
the qualification of said judges, by the county.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the 1st day of June, 1920.

CHAPTER 197.

AN ACT to exempt for a period, of two years all the property,
real and personal, of the Washington, Brandywine and
Point Look Out Railroad Company from county and local
taxation* in Prince George's, St. Mary's and Charles
Counties.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That all the property, real and personal, of the Washing-
ton, Brandywine and Point Look Out Railroad Company shall
be exempt, for a period of two years, from all county and local
taxation in Prince George's, St. Mary's and Charles Counties.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from June 1, 1920.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 175, 176 and 177 of Article 13 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Har-
ford County,'' sub-title.'' Circuit Court,'' in relation to
the Court Stenographer, and to re-enact said sections with
amendments.
