CHAPTER 195.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 105
of Article 8 of the Code of Public Laws of Maryland, title
"Cecil County," sub-title "Criers and Bailiffs," as
amended in said local laws.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 105 of Article 8 of the Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title "Cecil County," lub-title "Criers and
Bailiffs," be, and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted
so as to read as follows:
105. The County Commissioners are required to levy in
advance a sum of money estimated sufficient to pay the crier
and such number of bailiffs as are employed by the Circuit
Court and they shall pay such sum of money, as now is pro-
vided, to the crier of the Court and shall pay the bailiffs a
per diem of five dollars or such other sum per diem as the
said Court, or the Clerk thereof, shall certify has been allowed
to said bailiffs for attendance in Court.

CHAPTER 196.
AN ACT to repeal Section 231 of Article 93 of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Testamentary
Law," sub-title "Orphans' Court," in so far as said sec-
tion applies to Harford County, and to add a new section
to Article 13 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Harford County," sub-title "Orphans'
Court," to follow Section 428 and to be known as Section
428-A.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 231 of Article 93 of the Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland, title "Testamentary Law," sub-
title "Orphans' Court," be and the same is hereby repealed
in so far as it applies to Harford County.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That a new section be
added to Article. 13 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Harford County," sub-title "Orphans' Court,"
