CHAPTER 152.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments. Section
45A. of Article 14. of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Howard County," sub-title "County
Commissioners and County Collectors," as said section
was enacted by Chapter 438 of the Acts of 1914.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 45A, of Article 14, of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Howard County," sub-title
"County Commissioners and County Collectors," as said sec-
tion was enacted by Chapter 438, of the Acts of 1914. be. and
the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments
so as to read as follows:

45A. The County Commissioners of Howard County shall
provide for all necessary printing and advertising of every
kind, character and description, including printing and adver-
tising for primary and general elections, or registration, and
they may have such printing and advertising done by contract,
or in such other manner as, in their judgment, may best sub-
serve the public interests.

Approved April 16, 1920.

CHAPTER 153.

AN ACT'to add a new section to Article 19 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "'St. Mary's
County," sub-title "County Commissioners," to be known
as Section 26-A, to follow immediately after Section 26
of said Article, relating to the compensation to be paid
to the County Commissioners of St. Mary's County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
19 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title. "St.
Mary's County," sub-title "County Commissioners," to be
known as Section 26-A, to follow immediately after Section 26
of said Article, and to read as follows:

26-A. The County Commissioners of St. Mary's County
shall receive a sala.ry of five hundred ($500) dollars per year
each, including mileage.
