CHAPTER 131.
AN ACT to repeal Sections 171C, 172A, 172B, 176C, 176D
of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Anne Arundel County'," sub-title "Justices of the
Peace and Constables," as enacted by Chapter 301 of the
Acts of 1894, said sections being Sections 255, 260, 26],
270 and 271, of Melvin's Code of Public Local Laws for
Anne Arundel County; Section 171D of Article 2 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel
County," sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Con-
stables," as enacted by Chapter 65 of the Acts of 1910,
said section being Section 256 of Melvin's Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws for Anne Arundel County; and Section
178D of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Anne Arundel County," sub-title "Justices of the
Peace and Constables,'' as enacted by Chapter 103 of the
Acts of 1918, said section being Section 279 of, Melvin's
Code of Public Local Laws for Anne Arundel County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 171C, 172A, 172B, 176C, 176D of Article
2 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel
County," sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Constables," as
enacted by Chapter 301 of the Acts of 1894, said sections be-
ing Sections 255, 260, 261, 270 and 271 of Melvin's Code of
Public Local Laws for Anne Arundel County; .Section 171D
of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne
Arundel County," sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Con-
stables." as enacted by Chapter 65 of the Acts of 1910, said
section being Section 256 of Melvin's Code of Public Local
Laws for Anne Arundel County; and Section 178D of Article
2 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel
County," sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Constables,"
as enacted by Chapter 103 of the Acts of 1918, said section
being Section 279 of Melvin's Code of Public Local Laws for
Anne Arundel County, be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on the first day of June, 1920.
