CHAPTER 121.

AN ACT to repeal Section 187A of Chapter 173 of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland of 1918, entitled "An Act to
add an additional section to Article 18 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, entitled "Queen Anne's
County,' sub-title 'Justices of the Peace and Constables,'
to follow Section 187 of said Article 18, and to be known
as Section 187A, and to repeal all other laws or parts of
sections of all other laws so far as the same may conflict
or may be inconsistent with the provisions of this Act.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land That Section 187A of Chapter 173 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of 1918, entitled "An Act to
add an additional section to Article 18 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, entitled 'Queen Anne's County.'
sub-title 'Justices of the Peace and Constables.' to follow Sec-
tion 187 of said Article 18, and to be known as Section
187A," be and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect the first day of June, nineteen hundred and twenty.

CHAPTER 122.

AN ACT to create and establish a new election district in
Prince George's County to be known as Lanham District
No. 20, and to provide for the proper registration of the
legal and qualified voters therein.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new election district in Prince George's Comity,
Maryland, be and the same is hereby created and established
from parts of District No. 1, Vansville, No. 2. Bladensburg,
No. 13, Kent, and No. 14, Bowie, said new district to be known
as Lanham District or as District No. 20. said district to be
established by the Board of Supervisors of Election as herein-
after provided in time for the registration of voters legally
entitled to register therein at the next general registration as
provided for under the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land.
