the bailiffs of the Superior Court of Baltimore City, the
Court of Common Pleas of Baltimore City, the Baltimore
City Court, the Circuit Court of Baltimore City, the Cir-
cuit Court No. 2 of Baltimore City and the Criminal
Court of Baltimore City.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 374 of Article IV of the Code, of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "City of Baltimore," relating
to the salaries of the bailiffs of the Superior Court of Balti-
more City, the Court of Common Pleas of Baltimore City, the
Baltimore City Court, the Circuit Court of Baltimore City,
the Circuit Court No. 2 of Baltimore City and the Criminal
Court of Baltimore City, be and the same is hereby repealed
and re-enacted with amendments so as to read as follows:

374. The City Register shall pay to the bailiffs respectively
of the Superior Court of Baltimore City, of the Court of Com-
mon Pleas of Baltimore City, of the Baltimore City Court, of
the Circuit Court of Baltimore City, of the Circuit Court
No. 2 of Baltimore City and of the Criminal Court of Balti-
more City the sum of two thousand dollars per annum as and
for their respective salaries at the same time and in the same
manner as is provided in the preceding section fbr the pay-
ment of the salaries of the crier of the Superior Court, the
crier of the Baltimore City Court and the crier of the Court
of Common Pleas of Baltimore City.

CHAPTER 98.

AN ACT to repeal Section 61 of Chapter 233, of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland, 1910, of the Code of
Public Local Laws .of Maryland, title "Dorchester
County," sub-title "Cambridge," Article 10, and to re-
enact the same with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 61, Chapter 233, of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Dorchester County," sub-title
"Cambridge," as enacted by the Acts of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, 1910, be and the same is hereby repealed and
re-enacted with amendments, so as to read as follows:
