with full power to have, hold, sell, lease, mortgage, grant, con-
vey or in any other way whatsoever dispose of the same or of
any part thereof.

(53) To the bequest contained in the last will and-testa-
ment of Annie S. Plummer, amounting to three hundred dol-
lars, to the Harford Avenue M. E. Church, said will having
been filed for probate in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City,
on December 16, 1919.

(54) To the grant and deed made by "The Trustees of The
Magothy Mount Zion Methodist Episcopal Church of Anne
Arundel County' to "The Trustees of Mount Zion Methodist
Episcopal Church in Anne Arundel County, Maryland," of
two lots or tracts of ground, said deed being dated February.
1919, and recorded among the Land Records of Anne Arundel
County in Liber G. W. No. 10, folio 19.

(55) To the bequest of two thousand dollars to the Metho-
dist Episcopal Church at Perry's Corner in Queen Anne's
County, in the State of Maryland, contained in the last will
and testament of Buchannon B. Lowe, deceased, probated in
the Orphans' Court of Queen Anne's County on September
3, 1918.

(56) To the following bequests contained in the last will
and testament of Sophia F. Grape, deceased, said will being
dated January 20, 1919, and recorded in the Office of the Reg-
ister of Wills of Baltimore City in Liber H. W. J. No. 132.
folio 1 :

(a) One thousand dollars, in cash, to Rev. Rufus J.
Wyckoff.

(b) One thousand dollars, in cash, to Rev. St. Clair Neal.

(c) Fifteen hundred dollars, in cash, to the Methodist Hos-
pital Association, Incorporated, of Baltimore City.

(d) Five hundred dollars, in cash, to the Prisoners' Aid
Society of Baltimore City.

(e) Two hundred dollars, in cash, to the Maryland Work-
shop for the Blind.

(f) One hundred dollars, in cash, to the Henry Watson
Children's Aid Society.
