For the construction of a men's dormitory and the recon-
struction, repair and completion of other buildings and
equipment at the Maryland State College of Agriculture, two
hundred and three thousand ($203,000) dollars.
For the construction of a bridge over the Severn River,
at Annapolis, three hundred and eighty-five thousand ($385,-
000) dollars.
SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That the County Com-
missioners of the several counties of this State and the Mayor
and City Council of Baltimore are hereby respectively directed
to levy the State taxes for the year 1921 at one-tenth of one
cent on each one hundred ($100) dollars of assessable prop-
erty; for the year 1922 at two-fifths of one cent on each one
hundred ($100) dollars of assessable property; for the year
1923 one-half of one cent on each one hundred ($100) dol-
lars of assessable property; for the year 1924 at six-sevenths
of one cent on each one hundred ($100) dollars of assessable
property, and for the year 1925, and annually thereafter, to
and including the year 1937, at one and one-tenth cents on
each one hundred ($100) dollars of assessable property, to
be collected according to law, to meet the interest on the
amount of said certificates outstanding and also to meet and
redeem so much of the principal in each of said years, as
may be represented by certificates redeemable in each year,
respectively, as herein specifid in Section 2 of this Act.
SEC. 8. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from and after the first day of June, 1920.

CHAPTER 728.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
118-B and 121-C of Article 10 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Dorchester County,"
sub-title "County Commissioners, County Treasurer and
Collectors," as said sections were enacted by Chapter
366 of the Acts of 1918, and Chapter 834 of the Acts of
1914, relating to and regulating the salary of the Treas-
