inissioners of Baltimore County, in writing, for the revocation
of said order, whereupon said Board shall grant a hearing,
which hearing shall be had upon said application within three
days; and if said order be not revoked by said Board of
County Commissioners and the said owner or owners, occupier
or occupiers, his, her or their agent or agents shall neglect or
refuse to comply with the terms of said order, the Board of
County Commissioners of Baltimore County is hereby directed
and empowered to remove or correct the dangerous condition
mentioned in said notice, at the expense of said owner or own-
ers, occupier or occupiers, and the cost of removing or cor-
recting said condition may be recovered by the Ccunty Com-
missioners of Baltimore County from said owner or owners,
occupier or occupiers, by suit if necessary, and in addition
thereto the said owner or owners, occupier or occupiers who
shall obstruct or refuse to permit the free entrance to and
the inspection of any premises, buildings or structures as pro-
vided for in Sections 1 and 2 of this ordinance, or neglect or
refuse to comply with the terms and conditions of the order
herein authorized to he issued by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Baltimore County unless the same should be re-
voked, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and. upon conviction,
shall be subject to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars
($25.00) or more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That nothing in this Act
contained shall apply to or in any manner affect any private
dwelling, curtilage, building or outbuilding thereto attached
or used in connection therewith nor any farm property or any
building thereon in Baltimore County.

Assembly of Maryland of 1886, codified as Sections 241,
242, 243, 244, 245, 246, 247, 248, 249, 250. 251 of the
Public Local Laws of Maryland, applicable to Allegany
County, under the sub-title of " Westernport;" and to
repeal Chapter 203 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland of 1904; and to repeal Chapter 644 of the
