1332 LAWS OF MARYLAND [CH. 705

SEC. 160B. Any person, firm or association violating any of
the provisions of this Act, shall, upon conviction thereof, be
punished by a fine of not more than $1000.00, or by imprison-
ment of not more than one year or by both fine and imprison-
ment, in the discretion of the Court. A corporation convicted
of any offense under the provisions of this Act shall be fined
not more than $1000.00, and its president or such other officials
as may be responsible for the conduct and management
thereof, shall be imprisoned not more than one year in the
discretion of the Court.

CHAPTER 705.

AN ACT to correct an error in two calls mentioned in the sur-
vey of a tract of land called "Trap Land," situate, lying
and being in Mt. Vernon Election District, Somerset
County, Maryland, granted by patent from the State of
Maryland to Carlie Jones and Stephen Mason on the 12th
day of July, 1912, and recorded among the records of the
Land Office of the State of Maryland in Liber E. S. T.,
No. 1, folio 469.

WHEREAS, A patent has heretofore been granted by the
State of Maryland to Carlie Jones and Stephen Mason for a
tract of land called "Trap. Land ;" and

WHEREAS, In the survey of said tract of land as shown by
the patent aforesaid, an error has been made in the location
of the beginning call and in the call at the end of the fourth
line of said survey; therefore,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the beginning call in the survey of a tract of land
called "Trap Land," situate, lying and being in Mt. Vernon
Election District, Somerset County, Maryland, granted by
patent from the State of Maryland to Carlie Jones and
Stephen Mason on the 12th day of July, 1912, and recorded
among the records of the Land Office of the State of Mary-
land in Liber E. S. T., No. 1, folio 469, shall be changed on
the record books of said Land Office so as to read as follows:
Beginning for the same at an iron bounder located south of the
county road leading down in Mt. Vernon from the lower Mt.
