fifty-six (56) minutes, east one hundred fifty-nine and ninety-
four hundredth (159.94) feet; south five (5°) degrees, five (5)
minutes, east eight hundred twenty-four and sixty-seven hun-
dredths (824.67) feet; south-six (6°) degrees, four (4) min-
utes, east three hundred sixty .and fifty-five hundredths
(360.55) feet; south fourteen (14°) degrees, thirty-seven (37)
minutes, east one hundred eighty-nine and eighty-eight hun-
dredths (189.88) feet; south twenty-four (24°) degrees, five
(5) minutes, east two hundred forty-two and seven-tenths
(242.7) feet; south thirty-two (32°) degrees, fifty-six (56)
minutes, thirty (30) seconds, east two hundred eleven and
seventy-eight hundredths (211.78) feet; south forty (40) de-
grees, eleven (11) minutes, east one hundred seventy-five and
thirty-two hundredths (175.32) feet; south forty-eight (48°)
degrees, forty-seven (47) minutes, thirty (30) seconds, east

thirty (30) seconds, east eight hundred (800) feet to a post
in the said railroad; thence leaving the said railroad north
thirty-seven (37°) degrees, five (5) minutes, forty (40) sec-
onds, east thirteen hundred ninety-one and six-tenths (1391.6)
feet to a post planted near the head and on the west shore of
Back Creek; thence following the west shore of Back Creek
and the meanderings thereof and Severn River or Chesapeake
Bay in a northerly direction to a monument placed on Horn
Point on Severn River; thence following the shore of Severn
River in a northwesterly direction to Sycamore Point; thence
following the meanderings of the south shore of Spa Creek in
a westerly direction and with the present boundaries of the
City of Annapolis to the beginning, shall be annexed to and
become a part of the City of Annapolis at the time and upon
the conditions hereinafter mentioned.

SECTION 28 C. And be it further enacted, That the ques-
tion whether that portion of Anne Arundel County described
in Section 28 A of this Act shall be annexed to and become a
part, of the City of Annapolis, shall be submitted to the quali-
fied registered voters residing within the said portion of Anne
Arundel County and the taxpayers on property embraced
therein, at a special election to be held for the purpose, on the
fourth Tuesday in June, 1920, for which election there shall be
one polling place in the territory described in Section 28 A,
and all persons entitled to vote at said election shall vote at
