SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the first day of June, in the year nineteen hundred
and twenty.

CHAPTER 674.
AN ACT to add an additional section to Article 93 of the An-
notated Code of Public Civil Laws of Maryland, title
"Testamentary Law," sub-title "Debts," said section to
follow immediately after Section 107 of said Article, and
to be known as Section 107-A.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That an additional section be and the same is hereby
added to Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Public Civil
Laws of Maryland, title "Testamentary Law," sub-title
"Debts," said additional section to follow immediately after
Section 107, and to be known as Section 107-A, and to read
as follows:
SECTION 107-A. If a claim shall be asserted against or ex-
hibited to an administrator or executor in any form, whether
sworn to or passed by the Orphans' Court or not, and he shall
refuse payment thereof in writing, such claim shall be forever
barred unless the creditor shall bring suit upon the same
within nine months after such rejection.

CHAPTER 675.
AN ACT authorizing, empowering and directing the County
Commissioners of Montgomery County to put in good re-
pair the two roads known respectively as the Jones Mill
Road from the Rockville Pike to the Brookville Road, and
the Friendship Heights Road from the Rockville Pike to
the River Road, both lying wholly in the Bethesda or 7th
Election District of Montgomery County: to use funds in
whole or in part for said construction that may be allotted
to Montgomery County for road purposes by the State
Roads Commission under any general law of the State of
Maryland, or to issue bonds in an amount not to exceed
