SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the said bonds shall
be dated July 1, 1920, and so issued that bonds to the extent
of five hundred ($500.00) dollars shall mature and become pay-
able on July 1, 1925, and five hundred ($500.00) dollars on
July first each year thereafter until the entire issue of bonds
shall have matured and been paid; and said bonds shall be
sold after such notice as said Commissioners may deem ex-
pedient to the highest bidder and said Commissioners shall
have the right to reject any or all bids.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the proceeds of the
sale of said bonds shall be paid over to the County Board of
Education of Galvert County to be used by said Board for
the erection of a Colored Industrial School building at such
location as said board may decide upon.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That the County Com-
missioners of Calvert County be and they are hereby author-
ized and directed to levy annually on the taxable property of
said county a sum of money sufficient to pay the interest on
said bonds and to redeem said bonds as they mature and be-
come payable, and said taxes shall be collected in like man-
ner as other taxes in said county, and when collected shall be
applied to the payment of the interest on said bonds and to
the redemption of said bonds as they mature and become
payable.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1920.

CHAPTER 672.
AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Commissioners of
Allegany County to pay the Volunteer Fire Company of
Barton, in said county, the sum of one hundred and
fifty ($150.00) dollars annually and to levy said amount
on the assessable property of said county.
WHEREAS, By Chapter 567 of the Acts of 1914, the County
Commissioners of Allegany County were authorized and di-
rected to pay amounts varying from $100.00 to $200.00 each
to the Volunteer Fire Companies of the several towns of the
county; and
