directed to draw three warrants upon the State Treasurer,
each for the payment of the sum of Three Thousand Dollars
($3,000) per annum in each and every year, in monthly
instalments of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250) ' at
the end of each and every month, for the compensation of
each of the three Chief Clerks of said Courts so appointed
and confirmed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1920.

CHAPTER 639.

AN ACT to provide for the disposition of the dog licenses
in Charles County after the payment of all damages
done by dogs.

CHAPTER 640.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 20 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title, "Somerset
County," to be under sub-title, "Orphans' Court," to
be known as Section 166-A and to follow immediately
after Section 166 of said Article, relating to the com-
pensation of the Judges of the Orphans' Court of said
County.

CHAPTER 641.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 20 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title, "Somerset
County," sub-title, "County Commissioners," to be
known as Section 41-A and to follow immediately after
Section 41 of said Article, increasing the compensation
paid to the County Commissioners of Somerset County.
