SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the memorial
shall be erected, placed and located at the County seat at
Prince Frederick, Calvert County, Maryland, and the memo-
rial shall not exceed in cost the sum of five thousand dollars.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to lie an emergency law and necessary for the imme-
diate preservation, of the public safety, and being passed
upon by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fourths of all
the members elected to each of the two Houses of the Gen-
eral Assembly, the same shall take effect from the date of
its passage.

CHAPTER 630.
AN ACT authorizing and directing the State Road Commis-
sioners of the State of Maryland to reconstruct the
State highway through Calvert County.

CHAPTER 631.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 56 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, title, "Licenses," sub-title, "Motor
Vehicles," to be known as Section 141-A and to follow
immediately after Section 141 of said Article, directing
the Commissioners of Motor Vehicles to furnish certain
information to the Appeal Tax Court of Baltimore City
and the County Commissioners of the several counties.

CHAPTER 632.
AN ACT to change the name of "The Union Protestant
Infirmary of the City of Baltimore," confer additional
powers on said corporation, to define and change the
respective powers of its. Board of Managers and Board
of Trustees, and to amend its organic laws.
