way from the town of Gortner, Garrett County, Mary-
land, through what is known as the Blue Ribbon Route,

CHAPTER 626.
AN ACT to authorize the State Roads Commission of Mary-
land to construct and thereafter maintain as a part of
the State roads system, an improved concrete highway
from the National Pike to connect with the Pennsylvania
State highway now under construction, from the town
of Elk Lick, Pennsylvania, to the Maryland line.

CHAPTER 627.
AN ACT to amend Article 12 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title, "Garrett County," sub-title.
"Sheriff," by adding a new section thereto to follow Sec-
tion 215A, and to be designated as Section 215B, to
provide and allow the Sheriff of Garrett County addi-
tional costs in certain criminal cases.

CHAPTER 628.
AN ACT to amend Section 1 of Chapter 79 of the Acts of
1906 of the General Assembly of Maryland, entitled "An
Act to incorporate the Eastern Maryland District Meet-
ing of the German Baptist Brethren," by repealing and
re-enacting said section so as to change the corpo-
rate name of the corporation thereby created to "The
Eastern Maryland District Meeting of the Church of the
Brethren."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 1 of Chapter 79 of the Acts of 1906
