and kept as a separate fund from the other funds of the town
"of Crisfield, for the purpose of this Act; and the Treasurer
of Crisfield shall keep a full registry of the bonds with the
names of the purchasers and the amount realized from the sale
thereof; and when redeemed the said bonds shall at once be
cancelled and the cancellation shall be entered on the registry
book aforesaid as well as on the record of proceedings of the
said Mayor and Council and shall not again be issued.

SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That a commission
composed of Edward P. Wyatt, Walter L. Gibson, Lolie C.
Quinn, Sr., Alonzo R. Horsey and E. Benson Dennis be, and
the same is hereby created and empowered to supervise jointly
with the Mayor and Council of Crisfield in expending the
money realized from the sale of said bonds.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That any funds remain-
ing from the proceeds of said bonds, after repairing said
bridge, shall be held by the Mayor and Council of Crisfield
in a separate fund designated as an "Improvement Fund,"
and shall be used exclusively for the repair of the water works
in said town ; and that no portion of said remaining fund
can be used for the liquidation of the current expenses of
the town of Crisfield.

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That this act shall
take effect June 1, 1920.

CHAPTER 609.

AN ACT to authorize and empower the County Commission-
ers of Somerset County to issue bonds on the credit of
said County to the extent of fifty thousand ($50,000)
dollars for the construction of roads in said County
and to provide for levying taxes to pay the interest on
said bonds and the bonds as they mature.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly, That
the County Commissioners of Somerset Comity be and they
are hereby authorized and empowered to issue serial coupon
bonds on the credit of said County to an amount not exceed-
ing fifty thousand ($50,000) dollars, said bonds to be issued
in sums of one hundred ($100.00) dollars, or any multiple
