the said justices shall issue, upon application therefor, and
sworn information, warrants for the arrest of persons charged
with violating any provisions of the laws of Maryland, and
shall account for and pay over to the Clerk of the Circuit
Court all fines and penalties, collected by them, respectively,
and not otherwise disposed of by law, one-half thereof to be
paid by him to the County Commissioners of said county, and
the other half thereof to be expended under the direction of
the judges of the said court for the augmentation of the
law library of said court.

CHAPTER 581.
AN ACT to authorize the State Roads Commission of Mary-
land to construct and thereafter maintain as a part of the
State Roads System, an improved concrete highway from
Bishopville to the right of way of the improved concrete
highway connecting the States of Maryland and Dela-
ware, at Bishop.

CHAPTER 582.
AN ACT to authorize the State Road Commission of Mary-
land, and thereafter maintain as a part of the State Road
System, an improved concrete highway from the corpo-
rate limits of Snow Hill to Public Landing, a point on the
Chincoteague Bay, and thereafter maintain same, a dis-
tance of about seven miles.
