SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the State Land
Commissioner be and he is hereby authorized and directed to
correct the records in the Land Office in accordance with the
provisions of this Act.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1920.

CHAPTER 514.

AN ACT to change the name of the Federated Charities of
Baltimore to the Family Welfare Association of Balti-
more and to confer upon said corporation, under its new
name, all rights, powers, property, privileges and im-
munities of said corporation.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the name of the Federated Charities of Balti-
more, a corporation existing under the laws of the State of
Maryland, and whose name was fixed and established by an
Act of the General Assembly of Maryland, being Chapter 75
of the Acts of 1910, be and the same is hereby, changed to
the Family Welfare Association of Baltimore.

SEC. 2. Be it further enacted., That the said corporation,
with its name changed as provided in Section 1 of this Act,
is and shall be entitled to all the property, assets, rights,
powers, privileges and immunities which belong to the said
corporation, under the name of the Federated Charities of
Baltimore, or which belong or belong to any of the corpora-
tions, who, by union or consolidation, became the Federated
Charities of Baltimore, Incorporated, as set forth in Section
1 of Chapter 75 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, passed at its session in the year 1910, and every
gift, grant, conveyance, trust, devise or bequest in favor of
either or any of the former separate corporations, or in favor
of the Federated Charities of Baltimore, Incorporated, or the
Federated Charities of Baltimore shall devolve upon the said
the Family Welfare Association of Baltimore.
