General Assembly of Maryland of 1914, as appears upon the
books of said Commission, for sanitary sewer and water rent-
als or services, or for either, shall be and constitute a lien
upon the real property to or in which such sewer or water
service is supplied, and said real property may be sold to
satisfy such lien or liens. The sale of such real property shall
he made by the Town Clerk, upon the written request of said
Commission ami upon the certification by it to him of the
amount, of such lien, the property to which the same attaches,
the name of the owner or owners thereof and such other in-
formation as it may deem necessary; said Clerk shall advertise
said property and otherwise proceed with such sale in the
same way and manner as is now provided for the sale of. real
property by said Clerk of the payment of taxes, with an al-
lowance of the same fees as provided for such tax sales; and
upon collection of said lien he shall account promptly to said
Commission therefor.

SECTION 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from and after June 1, 1920.

CHAPTER 52.

AN ACT to create a Street Planning Commission for Balti-
more County to fix the powers, duties and compensation
thereof.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That there shall be a Commission to be called "The
Street Planning Commission of Baltimore County." which
shall consist, of three members, one of whom shall be the
Roads Engineer of Baltimore County, and the others shall be
appointed on or before the first day of January in each year
by the County Commissioners of Baltimore County; provided,
however, that no person shall be appointed on said commission
who is not a taxpayer and citizen of Baltimore County actu-
ally owning property in said county. The members of said
Commission other than the Roads Engineer of Baltimore
County, who shall receive no additional salary, shall be paid
such compensation as in the judgment of the County Com-
missioners of Baltimore County is fair and adequate. The
