from all sources during the previous month, together with a
statement of his disbursements during the same period and
a summary of his receipts and disbursements from the begin-
ning of the fiscal year. Copies of such pamphlets may be
furnished free of charge to public officials of the State in
the discretion of the Commissioner. He may also furnish
copies of such pamphlets to all other persons applying for the
same at a price not exceeding Ten Dollars ($10.00) per year.

The original applications for the registration of motor
vehicles may be destroyed in the discretion of the Commis-
sioner after the expiration of three years from the date
thereof.

A copy of any application blank or document certified to be
a true copy by the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles shall be
acceptable as evidence in any of the courts of this State.

PEES FOR REGISTRATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES.

141. The following fees shall be paid per annum to the
Commissioner of Motor Vehicles for the markers and certifi-
cates of registration issued by him in accordance with the pro-
visions of this sub-title.

Class A. Sixty cents per horse-power or fraction thereof
in the case of all motor vehicles having pneumatic tires, with
a minimum charge of Ten Dollars ($10.00) for any motor
vehicle.

Class B. For each motor vehicle equipped with solid tires
and having a rated carrying capacity of not more than one
ton, Twenty Dollars ($20.00) : of not more than 2 tons, Forty
Dollars ($40.00) of not more than 3 tons, Sixty Dollars
($60.00) ; of not more than 4. tons, One Hundred Dollars
($100.00) ; of not more than 5 tons, One Hundred and Fifty
Dollars ($150.00) ; of not more than 6 tons, Three Hundred
Dollars ($300.00) ; of not more than 7 tons, Five Hundred
Dollars ($500.00). Whenever the rated carrying capacity is
a fraction of a ton in excess of any of the above figures, the
vehicle shall be rated at the next higher full ton carrying
capacity. For electric solid tired vehicles, one-half the above
fees shall be charged.

Class C. Five Dollars ($5.00) per annum for each motor
cycle. Three Dollars ($3.00) per annum for each side-car
attached to a motor cycle. Three Dollars ($3.00) per annum
for each bicycle with motor attachment.
