An act to divorce Elizabeth Bomgardner of Frederick
county, from her husband, Henry Bomgardncr.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted liy the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the marriage heretofore solemniz-
ed between Elizabeth Bomgardncr of Frederick coun-
ty, and Henry Bomgardncr, be, and the same is here-
by declared to be null and void, to all intents and pur-
poses, and that the said Elizabeth Bomgardner, and
Henry Bomgardncr, be, nd they are hereby divorced
a vinculo matrimonii.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said Henry
Bomgardncr, by virtue of his marriage with the, said
Elizabeth Bomgardner, shall not be authorized to have
or claim any right, title or interest in the estate, real
personal or mixed of the said Elizabeth Bomgardncr,
that shall be acquired by her after the passage of this
act, nor shall the said Elizabeth Bomgardner be enti-
tled in any manner to have or claim any right, title or
interest in the estate, real personal or mixed of the
said Henry Bomgardner, that shall be acquired by him
after the passage of this act.

An act to incorporate the Friendship Beneficial Society
of Baltimore.

WHEREAS. George Evans, Joshua Vansant, Joel
Jones, Nathaniel Hall, James Lounds, and others,
have formed themselves into a society for the laudable
purpose of affording relief to each other, and their re-
spective families, in the event of sickness and death,
and have prayed an act of incorporation, that they may
the better execute their intentions, and the legislature
being desirous of promoting such useful institutions: —
Therefore,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That George Evans, Joshua Vansant,
Joel Jones, Nathaniel Hall, James Lounds and Others,
that now are or may hereafter become members of said

Corporation
created.
