Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That any premium which
the directors of the Penitentiary may receive for the
aforesaid loan, shall be by them paid over to the Trea-
surer of the Western Shore, and be by him invested,
together with tlio annual instalment of one thousand
dollars before mentioned, as the same shall be paid, in
the most profitable funds, to be and remain a sinking
fund specifically appropriated to the final redumption of
the naid loan.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the title or designa-
tion of the Keeper of the Penitentiary shall be changed
at and after the passage of this act, to that of Warden
of the Penitentiary.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That from and after the first day of March next, all
such parts of the act passed at December session eigh-
teen hundred and thirty-two, chapter two hundred and
sixty-nine, as require the inspection of Lime brought
to the city of Baltimore by land or water, shall also
apply to all lime made within the limits of said city.
