direct, the interest of the same to be applied to the
maintenance and support of said minors, and the prin-
cipal to be subject to the order of said courts.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said Edward E.
Hall, and Samuel T. Stonestreet, before they proceed
to sell under this act, shall enter into bond, to the
State of Maryland with security to be approved by
the county court of Carroll county, or any one of the
judges thereof, conditioned well and faithfully to per-
form the trust created by the last will and testament

aforesaid, and by virtue of this act, and the said bond
shall be filed with the clerk of said court, and it shall
and may be lawful for any person conceiving himself
or herself interested in the same and injured in the
premises by the acts or omissions of the said Edward
E. Hall, and Samuel T. Stonestreet, or either of them,
to institute suit, on an official copy of said bond, in
the name of the State, for the use of such person, as
upon testamentary or administration bonds.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the money arising
from the sale aforesaid, shall, under the direction,
and subject to the orders of the county court afore-
said, be applied in the first place to the payment of the
expenses of said sales, to be ascertained by the county

and the balance shall be distributed as the same is
directed to be distributed when the youngest child shall
