they are hereby authorized and empowered to sell and
dispose at private or public sale for cash, of any note
or notes of the Bank of Maryland, or any certificates
of dcposite therein, that may be due Baltimore county
from said bank, and the proceeds of said sale to apply
to the ordinary expences of said county.

A a act to Divorce Sarah Sophia Neville, of Cecil Coun-
ty, from her husband Thomas Neville.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sarah Sophia Neville, of Cecil county,
be, and she is hereby divorced from bed, board, and

mutual cohabitation with her husband Thomas Neville.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said Thomas
Neville, shall not be liable for any debt to be hereafter
contracted by the said Sarah Sophia Neville, nor be
entitled to any interest in any property, real, personal
or mixed, which she may hereafter acquire, receive or
come in possession of, by reason of any deed of con-
veyance, devise or distribution, either heretofore made,
or hereafter to be made or otherwise, nor shall the said
Sarah Sophia Neville, be entitled to any interest in any
property, real or personal, which he the said Thomas
Neville, may hereafter in any manner acquire in his
own right.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the said Sarah So-
phia Neville, be, and she is hereby declared to be en-
titled to the custody and guardianship of her child or
children, by her marriage with the said Thomas Ne-
ville.

Milters Bank of Hagerstown.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the capital stock of the Farmers
and Millers Bank of Hagerstown, which is establish-
ed by the act entitled an act, to incorporate the Far-
