CHAP. 230.
Description and

each district, and to record the same among the re-
cords of said commissioners; and the said commission-
ers of the county shall annually hereafter appoint one

collector of the county tax for each collection district,
.designating the number of the district in the several
bonds to be filed with the said commissioners, which
said collectors when so appointed, before they proceed
to act, shall give bond and security as directed by the
act to which this is a supplement.

An act to authorise the Commissioners of Cecil county to
levy a sum of money to build two Bridges in said
county.
|

Levy authorised
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Commissioners of Cecil county
be, and they are hereby authorised at their next annual
session, to levy at their discretion, such sum or sums
of money as they may deem necessary to build two
bridges in said county, where the stream or branch,
known by the name of the Cow Run, crosses the main
road in two places, leading from Elkti.n to Newark.

Contract
|
SEC. 2. And be if enacted, That the said county
commissioners are hereby authorised to contract for
the building of said bridges on the most reasonable
terms.

Collection-pay-
ment
|
SEC. 3. And be it enacted. That the said sum or sums
of money shall be levied and collected as other county
charges are, and to be paid to said commissioners or
their order.
